Saudi Visa Status Check

Find out exactly where and how to check your Saudi visa or application status — tourist eVisa, work, family, business, or exit/re-entry — on the correct official Saudi government portal. This tool does not look up your visa itself; it identifies the right service and walks you through it.

Your details stay on your device. KSA Desk does not store your passport or visa information.

Used only in your browser to prepare instructions. Nothing is sent to KSA Desk or stored anywhere.

We never submit these values anywhere. They’re only used to tailor the instructions and, where an official portal genuinely supports it, to prefill a link that opens on their site.

How This Tool Works

KSA Desk does not have access to the Saudi government’s visa database, and no unofficial website does either. This tool is a guided assistant: based on your visa type and the identifiers you have, it tells you which official Saudi platform to use, what information that platform requires, and how to read the result once you get it. The actual status always comes from the relevant Saudi government service — never from KSA Desk.

How to Check Saudi Visa Status Online

Saudi Arabia runs several visa platforms, and each covers a different group of applicants. Use whichever matches how you applied:

If you previously used the Enjaz platform (enjazit.com.sa), note that it has been shut down. Its services, including work and business visa processing, have moved to the MOFA visa portal.

Saudi Visa Check by Passport Number

A passport number alone is rarely enough on its own. MOFA, the KSA Visa portal, and Visit Saudi all pair your passport number with a second identifier — an application number, order ID, or visa number — plus your nationality. If you only have a passport number, the fastest path is usually to locate the application or order number from your visa confirmation email, sponsor, or travel agent, then use it alongside your passport number on the relevant portal above.

Saudi Visa Check by Application Number

Your application (or order) number is issued when you submit your visa request — it arrives by email for eVisa applications, or is provided by your sponsor or agent for work, family and business visas. On the MOFA portal, select “Visa Application Number” as the inquiry type, then enter it alongside your passport number and nationality. On the KSA Visa portal it’s entered as “Application/Visa Number.”

Saudi Visa Check by Visa Number

A visa number appears on an already-issued visa document, distinct from the application number used while the request was still being processed. Once you have a visa number, MOFA lets you select “Visa Number” as the inquiry type and pair it with your passport number and nationality to view the current status or print your visa.

What Does My Visa Status Mean?

These are the general result categories applicants commonly encounter on the official portals. The exact wording can vary by platform and language setting — always treat the status shown on the official site as authoritative.

Saudi Visa Date Calculator

This calculator only does arithmetic on the dates you enter — it does not know your actual visa. Use it to sanity-check dates, not as an official record.

Always use the dates and conditions printed on your official visa as the authoritative record.
